Happy New Year!! January 2015

Sharing a chair with her bestie, Clara, on New Year's Day

Cousin pic!
Noah-9mos, Abigail-2.5 yrs, Brianna-10mos

Her new hiding spot...she would crawl under the chair and then sit up...but then she would be stuck and cry for help out!

Laundry day! She loves to put on our socks! Who needs pants when you have mommy and daddy's socks?!

Playing in the tent...who cares if it's tipped over?!

Babies in the bath!

This kid loves cottage cheese

Ready to brave the cold for a quick play outside while Noah hung out with us on a Friday!

Another favorite hiding spot, under the dining room table with the chairs all pulled in to make a cozy little nook!

Abigail's sticky-note pictures for me!

So, Brianna had been fussy for a few days and then I realized that she had not been standing up for a day or two.  She also ended up with a raging fever, so of course, we took her to the doc.  First of all, she had a double ear infection (the first of many, little did we know)!  Then they worked her up for a few other things, which included an xray of her leg.  Low and behold, they found a buckle fracture of her tibia and fibula near her ankle on her right leg.  So, a red cast is what we came home with!  We can't pinpoint an exact injury, but I do know that she loves to put her legs through her crib rails and woke up crying one morning earlier in that week.  I felt like a terrible mother, but as you can see...she seemed to be no worse for the wear!  She was crawling on it in no time!

Bath soap paint!

Long enough hair for two cute braids!

Again, as you can see, her cast did not slow her down in the least...she really liked hiding under Abigail's bed!

Cool cat Abigail

Family swim night at the Y...Abigail had a blast! Unfortunately, Brianna had to sit out because of her cast.  But she would be in lessons soon enough!
Going down the big slide with Daddy!

Practically running to get back in line for the slide!

Going down the kid slide on her own!

This kid loves the water!
